Immersed in greenery in a quiet residential area, just a few kilometers from the center of Bolsena, we are offering for short-term rental a bright terraced villa of approximately 120 sqm, with a private entrance, outdoor parking spaces and a large private garden where you can spend a good part of the day. A rare advantage: a convenient lane leads directly to the lake beach, just a two-minute walk away.

You enter into a large, rustic-style living room with terracotta floors and large windows, furnished with a comfortable corner sofa. Next to it is the spacious eat-in kitchen, with a peninsula connecting it to the dining area, where a large wooden table easily seats family and friends. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and a bedroom.

A striking staircase leads to the upper floor, overlooking the living room and creating a pleasant double-height effect. On the first floor you will find the double bedroom with a spacious six-door wardrobe and a balcony, as well as a large bathroom with a window onto the greenery. The whole house is air-conditioned, ensuring comfort in every season.

The property’s real highlight, however, is the garden: enclosed by tall hedges that ensure privacy, it is a succession of spaces to enjoy. There is a lawn with shade trees, including a majestic magnolia, a covered porch with wooden beams ideal for outdoor lunches, a patio with a pergola for the hottest hours, and a romantic relaxation corner with a stone pergola covered in red grapevine, where you can dine at a stone table with stone seating.

Rent: €1,000 per month.
